Prerequisites
Your workspace needs a Vibe AI subscription.
AI Record on the Vibe Board relies on a microphone. If your Vibe Board is already connected to a Vibe Smart Camera, that's ideal—the microphone on the camera will be used for AI recording. If you don't have a Vibe Smart Camera, you'll need to connect a third-party microphone or a device with a built-in microphone, such as a webcam.
Local AI Record
This use case typically applies when you're using the Vibe Board on your own and want to record what you say, or when you're having an in-person discussion with others in front of the Vibe Board and want to capture the content of your discussion.
You can manually start this feature by tapping the AI Record button on the homepage or the AI Record button in the control panel on the shelf to begin recording.
A best practice is to log in to the board, so that when you stop recording, the AI summary will automatically be uploaded to your Vibe AI app and an email will be sent to the account logged in on this board, and you can conveniently open the Vibe AI app to view and edit it.
If you use AI Record in a guest session, a QR code will pop up after recording ends so you can access the AI summary.
Online Meeting AI Record
This use case typically applies when you're using a meeting app on the Vibe Board. AI Record will record the entire meeting, including the speech of in-person participants using the Vibe Board and that of remote online participants.
If you join the meeting using the One-click Video Conferencing feature, AI Record will be automatically invoked and opened.
You will see the recording status and progress in the bottom-left corner.
After the meeting, the AI summary will automatically be uploaded to your Vibe AI app and an email will be sent to the account logged in on this board.
If you join the meeting by opening a meeting app, you'll need to start AI Record by tapping the AI Record button in the control panel.
Vibe AI Settings on Vibe Board
In Settings:
Navigate to Vibe Services -> Vibe AI.
You can globally enable or disable Vibe AI-related features on the Vibe Board.
You can set whether One-click Video Conferencing automatically invokes the AI Record feature.
In Vibe Screen:
Navigate to Customize home screen -> Advanced settings -> Shortcuts.
You can choose whether to place the AI Record shortcut on the homepage.
